About Major League Contracting

We started because contractors weren't being honest about the cost or the timeline.

Tyler spent years in the construction industry as a subcontractor. He saw good work get buried under poor communication. Homeowners felt left in the dark. Budgets shifted without explanation. Timelines slipped without reason. What should have been a straightforward kitchen remodel became a source of stress instead of excitement.

That gap—the absence of up-front honesty in the local contracting space—became impossible to ignore. So he built Major League Contracting around the opposite idea: tell the truth first, listen more than you talk, and price the work fairly from the start. No surprises. No hidden costs. No guessing what comes next.

The early projects proved something simple. Homeowners don't need flashy promises. They need someone who shows up on time, explains what's happening, and treats their home like it matters. That kind of work builds trust. Trust builds reputation. And reputation brings more work than any marketing ever could.

What experience taught us

Strong communication starts before any work begins. When we sit down for a free consultation, we listen to what you actually need—not what we think you should do. We ask questions about how you live in your space, what frustrates you, what matters most. That conversation changes everything. Homeowners feel heard instead of rushed.

Fair pricing doesn't mean the cheapest bid. It means pricing that reflects real work, real materials, and real accountability. When you understand what you're paying for and why, the number doesn't surprise you. That transparency builds confidence before the first nail goes in. Whether it's a bathroom remodel, kitchen renovation, full home renovation, or something entirely different like an ADU or tiny home, the principle stays the same.

Community-driven work means we're doing this for neighbors, not strangers. We're in Pasco County. We see the same people at the grocery store. We know that a great job this year becomes a referral next year. That matters. It changes how we show up.

'We started because contractors weren't being honest. That's what we changed.'

What it's like to work with us

You get a free consultation where we talk through what you want, what you need, and what's realistic. No pressure. No pitch. We ask real questions and listen to real answers. From there, the process stays straightforward. You know what's coming, when it's coming, and what it costs.

Locally owned and community-driven means you're working with someone who cares about doing right by you. Not because it's good business strategy—though it is—but because reputation matters when you live in the same town as your customers. We take that seriously.

If you're thinking about a kitchen remodel, bathroom refresh, or larger home renovation in Pasco County, start with a conversation. Call or visit. Tell us what's on your mind. We'll be honest about what we can do and how we'd do it. No surprises. Just straightforward talk from someone who's been doing this long enough to know the difference between a quick fix and real work.
